  • Young people files are managed effectively and appropriately and are in line with YPS Client Management standards.

  • Time management skills are appropriate and ensure work is completed in a timely manner.

  • Appropriate and relevant computer skills as required by digital CIMS management system, electronic communication systems, time sheets, work plans etc

  • Demonstrates effective written communication skills as required for young people support letters. Electronic communication, reports as directed by OM.
