  • I/we hereby acknowledge that the terms and conditions of the agreement have been duly
    performed, to my/our satisfaction. All glass mirrors, tiling, laminates, baths, basins, sinks, stoves,
    trough and shower screens have been examined and found to be in good order subject to item(s)
    listed above in above pages, being completed or rectified. I/we hereby state that no further
    claims will be made by me/us in relation to the agreement, accepting maintenance pursuant to
    the 90 day defects liability warranty in the agreement. Any item requiring maintenance should
    be forwarded to Lily Homes in writing via request form.
    Should I/ we and / or my/ our agents, carry out any work to or upon the property at which the
    works were affected and should any damage whatsoever be caused by such action the builder
    shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred and shall not be called upon to make good any
    defects arising therefrom.

    payment will be due prior to settlement, and you should be making arrangements for this to take
    place.

Handover Acknowledgement

  • I/we acknowledge that we have thoroughly inspected the property and confirm that the following
    items are free from any defects, including but not limited to surfaced scratched, dents, cracks or chips.

    within Practical Completion Inspection list and further that Lily Homes are absolved of responsibility for
    any damage to items that have not been listed on the Practical Completion Inspection list. *Note: Laminate floors are not waterproofed and should
    not be mopped. Use of a wet or steam mop will cause
    damage that is not covered under warranty.
