When recording actions insert as much detail as needed to ensure the actions are clearly understood by the responsible person, actions close out are the responsibility of the person creating the inspection, it is for them to follow up any actions created and issued. The preferred way to issue actions is by email to the relevant person, the report created at the ned of the inspection needs to be sent out to the following people.
