  • Are all employees and Agency workers wearing the correct footwear?

  • Have all equipment been switched off when not in use?

  • Have all taps or water hoses been switched to the off position

  • Are the dust levels at an acceptable level? (visual check)

  • Is there any other environmental issues identified during the inspection?
