Chairs-
Remove dust, and obvious soiling and marks and use a furniture polish where appropriate.
Upholstered chairs are to be spot cleaned.

Window Sills and Ledges-
Remove dust, cobwebs, stains and soiling up to the glass using the appropriate cleaning method.

Carpeted Floors-
Vacuum floor surface and remove stains using the appropriate cleaning method.

Un-carpeted Floors-
Remove dust, cobwebs, debris, stains and soiling using the appropriate cleaning method. This is to include a thorough sweep then wet mop and dry.

Fixtures and Fittings in toilet facilities-
Remove dust, obvious soiling and marks and use a furniture polish where appropriate.

Telephones-
Remove dust, stains and soiling using the appropriate cleaning method.

Fixtures and fittings (light switches and skirting boards)-
Remove dust, cobwebs, stains and soiling using the appropriate cleaning method

Shower Curtains-
Damp clean to remove all stains and marks

Anti-slip Floors-
To be Machine Scrubbed (if required)

Fixtures, Fittings, Furniture and External Surfaces of
Refrigerators, Cookers, Microwaves, Washing Machines and Tumble Dryers-
Damp wipe and polish dry.

Waste Bins external and internal-
Thoroughly clean using the appropriate surfaces cleaning method.

Venetian Blinds-
Remove surface dust

Window Frames-
Remove surface dust and obvious soiling and marks (in the case of secondary double-glazing this includes the interior frames within the cavity).

Walls (general area)-
Remove dust, cobwebs, stains and soiling using the appropriate cleaning method.

Lift (where site has a lift)-
Remove dust, cobwebs, stains and soiling using the appropriate cleaning method, inside and outside of the lift.
