  • Is walk In freezer swept with no food left on the floor?

  • Are walk in freezer products organized properly?

  • Is walk I'm freezer working properly and keeping temp of 0-10 degrees?

  • If not in good condition please notify a manager immediately.

  • Is walk in refrigerator door and area around door clean and free of dirt, stains, and debris?

  • Is walk in refrigerator swept, mopped, and clean with no food left on floor or under shelves?

  • Are walk In refrigerator products organized properly?

  • Is walk in refrigerator working properly and keeping a temperature of 35-45 degrees?

  • If not in good condition please notify a manager immediately.
