  • Final product in good condition (shrink wrapped and not damaged)?

  • Materials and dry goods in all warehouses are stored appropriately (eg. Boxes are sealed after opening and not exposed to the environment?

  • All racks and shelves labelled properly - labels reflects the correct items stored on racks?

  • Reject/ Hold/ Defective products and materials are identified, being segregated and stored separately from other products or materials?

  • Is FIFO (First In First Out) stock management policy being practiced?

  • Chemicals are stored as per dangerous goods classification (eg. Alkalises separate from acids)?

  • No broken glass and light covering are shatter-proof?

  • Fire fighting equipment is unobstructed and not being used for other purposes?

  • Emergency exits are clearly marked and unobstructed?

  • First aid kits are accessible?

  • Pest control programs are effective. No insects or pests sighted.

  • Is the area maintained to the level as defined in the 5S standards?

  • All records on log sheets are current and signed as per Goods documentation Practices. No uncontrolled documents are used in the area.

  • There are no safety hazards in the area?

  • In case of hazards, notify a supervisor immediately and report through the MYOSH system.

  • Bait stations are clean, secure, identified and signed?
