Maintenance Connection

  • Are RPZ & Backflow prevention devices being tested?

  • Are TMVs being tested & out of range results being actioned correctly?

  • Are tests completed for legionella and are positive results being actionaed correctly?

  • In NSW facilities, are lift registrations displayed correctly?

Housekeeping

  • Does all electrical equipment appear to be in good condition?

  • Are floors/corridors in clean and good condition, free of obstacles?

  • Does Front/Public Entry look inviting and pleasant?

  • Are grounds including internal courtyards well kept?
