1.14 Practicing Team Leader: Supervisor of front line clinicians should provide direct services

  • Does the team leader take on clinical responsibilities, such as home visits, during the meeting?

7.16 Team Scheduling: Program should have system for logging recipeint contacts, maintaining daily and weekly scheduling information, and tracking whereabouts of staff members at all times.

  • How does the team use the scheduling tools? Does it maintain weekly and monthly schedules? Are planned clinical interventions aligned in some way with treatment goals?
