Department Daily Checklist

  • Are replenishment list completed and signed?

  • Security Tags Audit done?

  • Barcode Audit done?

  • Correct sizes of hanger (Kids, Man, Woman)

  • Apparel in sizes (Extra Small to Extra Large) and steamed?

  • Correct Size cubes are on the hangers?

  • Ensure items are priced from left to right: Cheapest to Most Expensive.

  • Display items have a bunk (Plastics) Label pricing.

  • Display items are clean, visible and accessible?

  • Tents are correctly displayed?

  • Shelves and fixtures free from dust and polished?

  • Mirrors are clear from dirt and accessible?

  • Promo Basket Highlighted with correct signage?

  • Sunglass stand have all models displayed?

  • Are Hard goods merchandised in the correct area?

  • All Hard goods have correct barcodes and signage?

  • Ensure boxes are merchandised with pictures facing forward.

  • Ensure promos are merchandised with the latest product.

  • Ensure that there is enough spacing between tent displays for customers to walk through.

  • All Male / Female colleague are well groomed with correct Uniform, Name badges, and IDs (Lanyard).
