Switchroom Checklist

  • Is all the work complete in the Switchroom?

  • Have light and power circuits been completed, tested and documented? Attach light and power test report with commissioning report.

  • Has air conditioner been installed, tested and documented? Attach Air conditioner test report with commissioning report.

  • Has the Switchroom been cleaned out thoroughly?

  • Have all Switchroom doors been hung and working properly?

  • Is all Switchroom signage in place? (eg CPR, Exit and fire extinguisher signage)

  • Is all Switchroom braced and prepared for transport?

Switchboard Checklist - Motor Control

  • Is all the work complete in the Switchboard?

  • Has the Switchboard been cleaned out thoroughly?

  • Have all Switchboard doors been hung and working properly?

  • Have all gland plates been installed correctly?

  • Have all the internal labels been fixed in place?

  • Have all the external labels been fixed in place?

Switchboard Checklist - PLC

  • Have all PLC Power Conections been checked?

  • Have all PLC Backpane and interconnect cables been connected and checked?

  • Have all devicenet, Ethernet and other communications cables been connected?

  • Have any PLC or communications cards dip switches been set correctly?

  • Have any PLC programs, especially comissioning modifications, been backed up to laptop?
