AMG New Equipment Checklist

Brake test placard(decal) indicated on machine, ensure correct to manufacture specifications

Service brake test

Park brake test

Emergency brake test

Wheel chocks(take picture)

Check steering function, machine turns fully both directions stop to stop

Check all hydraulic functions of machine(boom, box, reels, etc....)

Do visual inspection of pins and bushings

Check all lights and switches(front, rear, beacon, clearance and reflective)

Visual check of fire suppression(actuators, decals, lock tags and covers)

Check seat and seat belt for proper function

Check door and windows

Check unit over for leaks

Check to ensure midship lock is there

Check to ensure all company and manufacture decals are there(check to ensure all safety and cab decals are there)

Check all oil levels

Check tire pressure and tire torque

Torque all tires to manufacturers specifications, add torque card.

Check batteries to ensure charging, good connection and record voltage of each

Check back up alarm

Check horn and warning devices

Check all warning and dash lights for proper operation(low accumulator, low engine oil, etc....)

Check cab filters, ensure good seal

check intake filters, ensure good seal

Visual inspection of entire machine
