To Whom it may Concern, This letter is to confirm that an external Safety and Health Audit has been conducted at Service Alternatives, Inc. at the above mentioned location and date. During the visit, the facility areas where Service Alternatives, Inc employees work and could potentially be exposed to work place hazards was audited. The facility was found in great order as far as employee safety is concerned. The facility is equipped with fire extinguishers; written evacuation plan and evacuation map. All electrical connections for the computers, printer and other equipment are properly in use. The facility has a first aid station with an adequate amount of first aid supplies. A full review of Service Alternatives Accident Prevention Program has previously been completed and found to be beyond compliance with Washington State Administrative Code requirements. Safety excellence: The house keeping in all the areas where Service Alternatives, Inc employees work is in great shape. The first aid station is more than adequate as is the placement of the fire extinguisher. The overall safety environment of the above mentioned Service Alternatives Inc. location is good.
