  • Randomly select another 1 VCI rooms to inspect. ( VCI = Vacant inspected room), return key card after inspection

  • Randomly inspect 2 guest floors / pantry / fire exit for tidiness, cleanliness, defects and report defects to Engineering immediately

  • Inspect public area washrooms for cleanliness (odor free) and functionality. Report defects to Engineering immediately.

Lobby

  • Is the Lobby music, lighting, and internet are in excellent working order?

  • Is the Lobby furniture and fixtures are clean, organized and in good condition?

  • Inspect lower lobby, Front Desk and upper lobby cleanliness and condition

  • Ensure service lifts and lift tracks are spectacularly clean and free from debris.
