Are all Centre entry doors clean and free of marks, scratches, chips, cracks etc?
Are all Centre entry walkways clean and free from marks, chewing gum, stains, cigarette butts etc?
Are Centre entry bollards clean and present well without chipped paint etc?
Does the Centre entry point have entry conditions displayed?
Is the Centre entry point well lit?
Is the Centre entry point easy to navigate / free from clutter? (Shopping trolleys etc.)

Common Mall Area

Are mall floors clean of stains and present consistently?
Are mall tiles / treatment free from large cracks?
Are all expansion joint plates level and solid to walk on?
Are entry mats at all centre entry points?
Are all high level areas (bulkhead, coffers etc.) free of dust, cobwebs and other items?
Are all A/C or air vents free from dust and dirt?
Are mall bins clean and damage free?
Is rubbish contained within the bins (i.e. Not overflowing).?
Are all lights functional and in good working condition?
Do all ceiling areas present well – free from stains, marks, holes etc.?
Are all windows, skylights etc., clean, free from streaks and operational?

Are wheelchairs available for hire? If yes, are they clean and in working order? Please also request to sight last Maintenance / inspection report.
Are motorised scooters available for hire? If yes, are they clean and in working order? Please request to see the last maintenance / inspection report.
Are kiddy cabs available for hire? If yes, are they clean and in good working order?

CML & Brand Alliance

Do all CML clients comply with policy - No trestle tables?
Do all CML clients comply with policy - No table cloths?

Do all CML clients present neatly, without obstructing walkways or corridors?
Is the CML set up safe, with no loose extension cords, wires or items which may present a safety hazard?
Does the Centre have a CML 'Zoned' flooring system?
Does all BA signage present well, clean and free of any dirt, dust, hand prints, cobwebs etc.?
Is all BA signage clear from obstruction and easily read upon approach?

Are food court tables and chairs clean without marks, stains, holes etc.?
Is food court furniture in good order (visually no bent legs, broken chair backs etc.)?
Are food court bins / waste areas clean with no overflow rubbish?
Do bin recepticles present well, free of dents, marks stains etc.?
