Safety

  • Hoists: <br>Safety startups on all hoists are completed daily before vehicles are lifted. Recorded evidence was sighted<br>Daily inspections completed on Tyre Lifters and Forklifts and evidence recorded<br>Hoists are clean, in good working condition, and meet the servicing schedule. (If hoists are outside of servicing schedule, service must be booked prior to leaving the site)

  • Workshop barriers used at the roller door entrances to the workshop to block public access. Note: A location with a single roller door entry, and is also used for customer access, is not required to use entrance barriers

  • First Aid:<br>Appropriately qualified first aid officer onsite (Confirm and photograph certification) or access to a nearby medical practice (within close proximity to the store) <br>Note = Refresher training in CPR should be carried out annually and first aid qualifications should be renewed every three years.<br>A suitable First Aid Kit for a workshop environment is onsite. The kit contains no dirty, expired or empty items<br>First Aid signage visible from around the workshop and has clear access

Environmental

  • Workshop Presentation: <br>The workshop, work benches, and tools are clean and tidy. <br>No unused items are on the ground where they could be visible to customers. <br>All workshop waste bins are not overflowing<br>

  • External Presentation: <br>Gardens, grassed areas, and the store car park are well maintained, and free of weeds and rubbish. <br>Building exterior is clean and tidy. Any issues (i.e graffiti, bug infestations etc) have been reported to Bridgestone’s Property department. <br>Windows and window frames clean and well maintained. <br>Window decals are undamaged and to the current standard
