  • Deep clean produce

  • Defrost and clean impulse freezer - Restock with 3 key promo lines as per the P1 promotion pack

  • Clear and clean all till points and till area

  • Clean the year/compound - Ensure all redundant equipment is removed by weekly maintenance personnel (or contact RM if you don't have a maintenance visit)

  • Check and replace all damaged stripping across the store

  • Clean the Gadsby's stand and ensure it is to current plan

  • Re-merchandise seasonal section with Easter range, Christmas clearance (until end of Jan) and Winter fuel - Space permitting

  • Ensure all DVD and book returns are complete, range as per the latest returns info

  • Check all local products have correct local POS displayed (SEL surrounds and story boards) - If replacements are required contact marketing

  • De-clutter and deep clean staff areas

  • De-clutter, clean office and update all notice boards

  • Deep clean back stock chiller and freezer (If further assistance is required contact service desk) - Non ISB stores to transfer and 'acquired' ISB stock to an alternative store

  • Warehouse de-clutter/organise and clean

  • Test scan and date check clip strips

  • Is the Gadsby stand and fixture to plan?Remove all old POS kits from warehouse

  • Check and clean all kick stools and wet floor signs - Order new if required

  • Replace damaged/missing chewing gum stripping on till points

  • Check and remove all sellotape marks from tills, walls, doors and chilled cabinets

  • All personal belongings to be stored in lockers - Lockers to be in a usable condition - IF replacement keys are required order off security (form on intranet) If new lockers are required capitalise
