BAKERY

• Sanitise surfaces at bakery area

• Set up bakery - get from delivery bay, wrap any unwrapped items in cling film, arrange breads on the shelves

• Any leftover breads from yesterday - put 50% off sticker on and arrange at front next to glass bakery display

• Dust bakery area once everything is put out

COFFEE MACHINE

• Turn on coffee machine

• Fill up coffee grinder beans

• Run a shot through each coffee group head
