Are all pulley covers / access doors secured in the closed position to prevent accidental contact with the blade and / or nip points?

Is the guide post adjusted as close as practicable to the material to be cut so as to minimize the exposure of the saw blade?

Is the adjustable blade guard installed and positioned so as to cover the unused portion of the saw blade?

Is the saw operator provided with and using all required personal protective equipment (e.g.: safety glasses, face shield, hearing protection, proper type and size of gloves . . .)?

Is there a push stick available for the saw operator’s use (where applicable) to feed the material being cut to prevent their hands from getting too close to the saw blade?
