Inspection Report

Beginning of the Shift:

  • Personnel badged, in company uniform, and following dress codes.

  • Personnel clocked in/ signed in properly and on time.

  • Personnel restocked their carts and prepared their tools.

  • Supplemental staff is approved to be on-site, is properly trained, and understands their assignment.

  • Control and manage inventory

During the Shift:

  • Floors were swept and mopped to include corners and ledges.

  • High traffic areas were vacuumed.

  • Zone vacuuming completed as outlined in the weekly schedule.

  • High touch points, tabletops, countertops, and door were cleaned and disinfected.

  • Regular trash and recycling receptacles were emptied, wiped, and relined.

  • Lobbies were cleaned to include glass doors, entry ways, reception, and waiting areas.

  • Elevators were cleaned and polished.

  • Stairs were swept and mopped (or vacuumed). Handrails were cleaned and disinfected.

  • Restrooms were properly sanitized, deodorized, and restocked.

  • Offices and work stations cleaned, sanitized, and reset.

  • Dusting completed as outlined in cleaning schedule.

  • Breakrooms and cafeterias were cleaned, disinfected, restocked, and reset as per the room configuration. Appliances cleaned.

  • Weekly refrigerator cleaning completed (if applicable).

  • Conference rooms, meeting rooms and other community areas were properly cleaned, disinfected, and reset as per the room configuration.

  • Sinks, water fountains, and other stainless-steel surfaces were washed and polished.

  • All waste transported and discarded in the proper dumpster/compactor. Waste area left clean and free of waste.

  • Grounds cleaned, waste emptied, and smoking areas serviced (if applicable).

  • Other building service areas properly cleaned. Describe.

  • Safety Checks: Staff observed following safe procedures. Warning signs were posted when situations granted. Chemicals properly diluted and diluted. Equipment in safe working conditions.

  • Work site security protocols were followed and doors were kept locked at all times.
