Start cleaning sides of both grills and fryers

Clean 1 fryer filter bottom

Switch grilled kanbans and false bottoms with new ones

Open and turn off one grill

Take grill pieces to mop sink, spray and brush off

Clean a 2nd fryer filter bottom

If slow enough (Check with Manager) close down 1 fryer, clean inside and out

Take tier basket to mop sink, rinse and brush off
Breading 7:30 PM

Wipe down outsides, insides and gaskets of thaw cabinets
Machines 7:45 PM

Clean outsides of all fryers

Pre scrape inside of fryers
Breading 7:45 PM

Set up mock breading table on filet table (Use "Full Shallow" pans to hold ice)

Clean inside and outside of breading table
