1: Check heating is working correctly.

2: Check to ensure all hot and cold water is on and correct way round.

3: Check penetrations through walls have rosettes fitted where required.

4: Check toilet seat is not loose and is fitted straight.

5: check shower riser rail is fitted with head and hose. Check no leaks when running.

6: Check all toilets flush and dual flush is working correctly.

7: Check pan screw cover caps are fitted.

8: Check all utility cupboard valves have labels.

9: Check all plugs are fitted and are working correctly. ( Basin, Bath Not Sink ).

10: check no damage to all sanitaryware.

11: check no damage to all radiators.

12: Check no protection left on radiators.

13: Check all outlets have correct flow restrictors where required.

14: Check quick fill on heating is disconnected and left in situe.
This inspection sheet confirms that the item or area detailed above is 100% completed in line with the current specification, drawings and pre agreed sample panels although still remaining Sub Contractors responsibility until practical completion has been achieved.
