  • Are perps and bed joints uniform and within tolerances?

  • Are the perp and bed joints full of mortar to the face of rear brick?

  • Does brickwork conform with acceptable tolerances for line , level and plumb. Generally +/-5mm over 3 m?

  • Have steel lintels been installed correctly? (Note: end bearing and have temp.props to prevent sagging.) Mimimal clearance above windows 2mm-5mm?

  • Has brickwork been constructed in accordance with drawings?

  • Have windows & fence panels been hosed down daily?

  • Has the scaffold been left in tact and in a safe state?

  • Ensure site is left in a neat condition and rubbish placed in accessible piles away from entry and walkways, services, toilet and power supply?

  • Is the rubbish and discarded bricks been left in sorted neat piles
