All cover levels flush with FSL If no FSL, 2m topsoil surround required)

Gattic lifting hole plugs in place

All gatic covers greased

All Stepirons in correct location (max. 600mm below top, max 450mm from base)

All ladders in place (if required) (top of ladder below neck)

All landings installed (if required) (only required in manholes >6m deep)

All drop pipes in place as per the design

All lids and surrounds in place (Word "Sewer" visible)

All cover levels flush with FSL

All caps installed (150-300mm below cover)

Cover supported to prevent rocking

No subsidence evident
