Access chambers are constructed in accordance with the drawings and standards including correct lids and covers

All precast access chambers are assembled using rubber ring joints or mastic joints

Step irons (foot stop each side) or ladders comply with the drawings and are correctly located and fixed

Property branch sewer marker peg and tape have been installed in accordance with drawings and standards

Connection to live Asset Form Completed and forwarded to relevant Authority and Calibre Consulting.

HOLD POINT – connection to live asset witnessed by Calibre Consulting and recorded.

Form for Testing completed and forwarded to relevant Authority. At testing – visual inspection of all property/manhole connections.
