Cab Chassis;

1. Commencement of pumping;

  • It is recommended that initially the appliance be connected to the test well and be actually pumping during the general appliance inspection.

    This shall ensure that the maximum pumping time is achieved for the overall inspection time available.

  • 1.1 Connect appliance suction hoses.

  • 1.2 Connect 65mm delivery hose to one of the side deliveries

  • 1.3 Scania based appliance only:<br>Open the valve on the hard suction.<br>

  • 1.4 With the appliance engine running operate the pump engagement switch in the cabin. The appliance should:<br>Automatically “squat” mode by approximately 100mm (rear of the vehicle) with pump engagement.<br>Automatically prime. <br>Prime time in seconds: 20 sec<br>

  • 1.5 At the operating panel increase the engine speed with the electronic throttle on the pump panel.

  • 1.6 Open the 65mm delivery valve.
