Lightly coat table with Flour through the sifter

Grab a lump of dough, follow Biscuit procedures

Lightly butter a pan

Place 20 biscuits on pan

Use top oven (375 degrees), middle rack

Set Timer 4 (6 minutes)

Make 2 more pans of biscuits before timer ends

When timer ends, rotate pan of biscuits

Place additional pans on the top and bottom racks

Start Timer 4 (6 minutes)

Continue making pans of biscuits

When timer ends, pull out middle pan, rotate others

Start Timer 4 (6 minutes)

Butter baked biscuits, take to the line

When timer ends, take both pans out

Butter all biscuits, place in open Duke
