  • Catering TMS bags unplugged and put away

  • iPads and Card Swipes Charging

  • Has the middle aisle been walked through, and made sure everything is in place?

  • Ice machine interior cleaned

Saturday Only

  • Shake base and 2% milk removed and placed in walk-in (unplug cooler)

  • Sweetener dispensers in drive-thru emptied and cleaned

  • Oreo cookie dispenser emptied and cleaned

  • Take back all prep trays

  • Check next weeks catering and switch

Manager Duties

  • All tills counted and confirmed

  • Catering printed?

  • Check deferred orders to make sure end of day will close

  • If safe had any variation please list the amount and any explanation

  • Director's Notes from the shift

  • End of day completed
