Security Daily Inspection Report

  • This report is provided for Security staff to conduct a Daily Inspection of the Centre and its surrounds as soon as feasibly possible, to ascertain the condition of the Centre over the course of a 24 hour period and to remedy any problems with Centre Management. All Daily Inspection Reports will be checked and reviewed by Centre Management, therefore it is paramount that Security staff ensure consistent accuracy be maintained through each inspection. Any discrepancies will be noted and valid reasons must be given for any deviations.

  • Are the gutters in the carparks clear of debris and detritus?

External Building

  • Is there any graffiti?

  • Is all the Mall furniture (including the Food Court) in their correct places and centred?

  • Are all CML setup / neat / safe / open?

  • All Children's Rides / Pay Phones / Vending Machines in good and safe working order?

  • Is the Centre music on at the correct level?

  • Is the Travelator and Elevator in good, safe working order?

  • Are all Promotional Displays ready for trade?

  • Are all Contractors out of public area for opening trade?

  • Are all floor surfaces clean, polished and free of hazards?

Toilets / Parents Rooms

  • Have the toilets been cleaned?

Retailers

  • Are all the retail tenants open on time?

  • Are all retailers within their Lease lines?
