General Operational Procedures

Review extended trade hours for the previous week?

Review previous days routine procedures and track down abnormal activities - Marketing, CML and Tenant?

Confirm that any new tenants moved in are not using Common area power?

Review CCTV night time activity to ensure the centre closes per the intent?

Cleaning Activity tracking

Review opening procedures?

Lighting switched on in a controlled manner?

Review closing procedures?

Lighting switched off in a controlled manner?

Conduct CCTV review to ensure work is being performed in accordance with the agreed contract.

Security Activity tracking

Review night close procedures?

Lights switched off in a controlled manner?

Other services checked and isolated as needed?

Conduct CCTV review to ensure work is being performed in accordance with the agreed contract.

Air Conditioning review

Check air conditioning time schedule against centre operating requirements? List time schedule within comments.

Review consumption profile and where abnormal trends investigate and apply comment? (Hot weather, night activities, tenancy fit out works etc)

Conduct time schedule shut down/start up audit ensuring the plant shuts down/starts per the schedule?

Where fitted, can the fresh air intake damper/s be tested to ensure flow rates aren't exceeding design?

Has the Building Management System controls been serviced and calibrated within the last six months?

If there is no BMS, has the air conditioning system temperature control been calibrated and serviced and set to meet the current season set point? (Ie Summer 23 degrees and Winter 21 degrees - guide only)

Water Review

Are taps water tight with flow control devices with Common areas.

Are all toilet cisterns set correctly and cistern rubbers well maintained? Check each toilet to ensure no water is evident running into the toilet once filled.

Are all toilets fitted with dual flush cisterns?

Are the urinals either waterless or have flush control devices fitted?

Are all external taps anti vandal type?

Waste Review

Is there a waste awareness program for the centre?

Is there adequate signage on the bins?

When was the last waste audit conducted?
