Air Conditioning review

  • Check air conditioning time schedule against centre operating requirements? List time schedule within comments.

  • Review consumption profile and where abnormal trends investigate and apply comment? (Hot weather, night activities, tenancy fit out works etc)

  • Conduct time schedule shut down/start up audit ensuring the plant shuts down/starts per the schedule?

  • Where fitted, can the fresh air intake damper/s be tested to ensure flow rates aren't exceeding design?

  • Has the Building Management System controls been serviced and calibrated within the last six months?

  • If there is no BMS, has the air conditioning system temperature control been calibrated and serviced and set to meet the current season set point? (Ie Summer 23 degrees and Winter 21 degrees - guide only)

  • Are the urinals either waterless or have flush control devices fitted?

  • Are all external taps anti vandal type?
