General Comments

**The undersigned resident acknowledges receipt of the community rules booklet/ tenant handover booklet and agrees to abide by all policies and procedures which includes but not limited to: 1. Residents may not keep any pets, with the exception of fish kept in a secure aquarium in its Unit. 2. Smoking is not permitted in the building (including the Master Common Areas and Common Areas) except in such designated as ‘Smoking Areas’. 3. Resident(s) will be responsible for payment of all water, electricity, air conditioning, chilled water, gas, telecom, internet connections, disconnection, and consumption charges. Deposit fees applicable. 4. Resident(s) must abide by all the policies and procedures and acknowledge receipt of the fire evacuation procedure, waste disposal scheme, and property modification policy. 5. Resident(s) must coordinate move in/out through Khidmah call centre to book the service lift. **Security deposit may be used to cover, but is not limited to, any of the following items in order to reinstate the unit to its original condition at handover: (1) For repair of any damages to the premises, including furnishings and appliances; (2) For painting and cleaning the premises, upon termination of the tenancy; (3) For locks and keys in the event keys are not returned upon termination of the tenancy; and (4) Cleaning.
