This safety and maintenance audit was designed by Mark Ludbrook for Roofix Pty Ltd and to be used exclusively for Chemist Warehouse stores managed by AM Soloutions.
Introduction
-
Although the purpose of these reports is to provide information about the level of maintenance and repair of the buildings it is also important to make any necessary minor repairs whilst on site. This will need to be documented in a before/ and after manner. There will be space at the end of the report to document repairs that have been carried out. All boxes must be checked to ensure that correct procedure has taken place.

Roof safety audit

If ladder access is via pedestrian footpath, safety signage/ and or tape MUST be installed at the foot of the ladder, and the top of the ladder MUST be tied off. Photo evidence of safety signage MUST be taken before accessing roof.

Is the awning roof clear of debris and rubbish (that could get blown off causing damage, or end up in the gutter causing blockages).
