• Employees of Roofix pty ltd are not authorised to provide on site quotations that exceed $10,000 in value (however a quote/contract can be sent out from our office upon request). Material is not ordered, nor are jobs booked in until at least a 10% deposit is made. The works carried out are only that which have been noted in the report. The start/finish time stated is an estimation based on our current workload, inclement weather and human resources may affect this estimate. There is no guarantee on repair works. There is an allowance of 1 free call back visit to be made within 3 months of completed works to rectify any outstanding issues. If the issue is found to be in a location that was not included in the report then a new report will be created ( this will incur the minimum report charge).
