AS 1926 - 1993 This swimming pool/spa barrier safety audit applies to swimming pools and spas constructed, or which building approval (building permit) was granted between 8 April 1991 and 30 April 2010. Please confirm approval date on the building permit document prior to proceeding with this audit.

Building Order for Minor Work to remain in force until such a time that a Certificate of Final Inspection is issued for the permanent barrier. <br><br>Compliant temporary barrier is to remain in place until such a time that a Certificate of Final Inspection is issued for a permanent pool/spa safety barrier constructed under a valid building permit.<br><br><br><br>
