SCOPE

  • This report is an audit tool for the Building Inspector/Compliance Auditor to identify potential Class 2 to 9 buildings for future audits.

PURPOSE

  • This report is intended to supply information to the Building Inspector/Compliance Auditor about the locations and current stage of development of potential Class 2 to 9 Building sites for the commencement of paper based audits and targeted site inspections

OBJECTIVE

  • To identify potential Class 2 to 9 Building sites for initial paper based inspection and future site audits.
    To gather initial site data on site locations to assist the paper based audit
    To identify potential breaches when undertaking the paper based audit and site inspections

METHODOLGY

  • Inspectors will use data from 'e development' and 'Objective' to identify locations of submitted Class 2 to 9 developments. Inspections will be conducted using the Construction Audit Team vehicle. Inspectors will use the audit tool and iPad to gather information.

REPORTING

  • The results of the inspections will be uploaded to the Construction Audit Team data base and objective. Results will be recorded monthly.
