The auditor should grade each of the areas between 1 and 5 based on the inspection scoring criteria, For anything scoring less than a 5, the auditor should note the reason why the score was less than 5 (e.g. carpets scored a 3 because there were 4 pieces of litter). If any of the area's score a 1, a task must be raised with the help desk so that the task can be resolved within the contract response times.
