  • Check what driver is here to collect - If driver is unsure ask them to find out from their dispatcher.

  • Prepare truck for loading - Checking truck is chocked & dock plate in place. This may already be done if back loading

  • Bring out stock that is required and check it matches paperwork driver has - work out any issues with counts ect

  • Verify product condition - Checking Damages, Temp & Any other customer requirements

  • Load required stock onto truck - checking with driver on any loading requirements

  • Finish loading truck obtaining all signed paper work for returning to office - ensure it has all been signed

  • Paperwork to office for processing
