Method Steps

  • Check what driver is delivering - Is delivery for us, is it booked in ect.

  • Prepare truck for unloading - Checking truck is chocked & dock plate in place

  • Unload pallets from truck and stage on dock. Bulk loads to have temp done prior to unload commencing

  • Verify product condition - Checking Damages, Temp & Any other customer requirements

  • Process paperwork checking that you only sign for what you have receive. Note any damaged stock. Driver to sign also

  • Finish unloading truck - Put any rejected plts back on, remove dock.

  • Paperwork to office for processing
