Store Operation

Store Manager

  • Has any formal action been taken against the Store Manager in the last 6 months? e.g. Letter of Concern, CFI, Disciplinary action

  • Is the Store Manager on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) ?

Compliance

  • Are all personnel files held securely in locked file box?

  • Do all employees on the Houselist have a personnel file?

  • Do all employees have correct, valid Right to Work documentation on file?

  • Are all sensitive documents held securely inline with GDPR e.g. CV's, Return to Work forms etc?

  • Are there leavers files held instore which should have been returned to Neal Street?
