Sticky mats and/or other dust mitigating systems in use.

Corridor free of dust tracking from site.

Project access doors are closed and locked.

Penetrations in fire and/or smoke barriers are properly fire stopped or ILSM is in place.

Exits are clear and unobstructed.

Fire extinguishers are accessible.

Hot work permits are posted.

Hot work areas are clear of combustibles.

Project is clear of excessive rubbish and debris.

Fire detection, suppression and annunciation systems are in service.

Gas cylinders are properly stored/secured.

Personnel are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Construction debris/material is covered when in transport to and from site.

Return air grills are blocked or filtered.

Air scrubbers as prescribed are clean and operational.

Flexible cords are free of visible damage.
