Is the contractor on the contractors list?

Has the contactor been issued and signed the Safety Induction Pack?

Does the site have contractor's liability of insurance?

Does the site have contractor's risk assessment / method statement (where applicable)?

Are they suitable and sufficient?

Does the site have contractor's professional qualifications (where applicable)?

Has the contractor been issued with the appropriate Permits To Work (PTW)?

Are the contractors wearing the right PPE for the area?

Has the Contractor's host met with and briefed the contractors. Has all applicable documentation been signed off?

Are there any processes in place for hosting visitors on site?

Have the visitors been booked in with security and placed onto the visitors list?

Have the visitors viewed the HSE Induction?

If they're going onto the shop floor, have they been issued with the correct PPE?
