Level I Verification

  • Visual Inspection of Unit for Fit and Finish of Installation

Level II Verification

  • Unit Placed per drawings

  • Unit Leveled

  • Verify Chemical Lines, Probe wires and Probes are installed and routed in an efficient manner and dressed up

Inspect Panels, Trim and enclosure installation for completeness, fit, and finish

  • All components installed properly

  • Airlines installed, properly routed, and dressed up

  • All wiring complete and dressed up

  • Spray arms, track installed and adjusted, cart guides and stops installed

Utility connections are completed and routed in an efficient manner

  • Electrical

  • Drain

  • Hot Water

  • Steam

  • Condensate

  • PRV Piping (electric Unit Only)

Level III Verification

  • While unit is in operation, verify no leaks

  • Verify unit is drying properly at end of cycle

  • Record with Pictures Chemical Manufacturer

  • Confirm with Customer that customer cycles are added

  • Verify displays are properly alligned

  • conduct final E-Stop test

  • Record Unit cycle count

  • Record any additional outstanding issues

  • Signature
