Level I Verification

  • Visual Inspection of Unit for Fit and Finish of Installation

  • Verify electrical connection is correct and power cord is routed properly

  • Verify Manual Disconnect for non-plug units

  • Verify drain is plumbed and properly positioned to ensure water does not splash out of the floor sink

  • Verify Steam Connection and Condensate

  • Ensure Exhaust is connected properly

  • Ensure Chemical Lines are installed (3 Lines)

Inspect Panels, Trim and enclosure installation for completeness, fit, and finish

  • All components installed properly

  • All Panels and Trim installed

Automation

  • Unit(s) Leveled

  • Verify Alignment

  • Wheel Guides installed

  • All grounds between conveyor sections are connected

  • Ensure Control Panel is mounted and operating properly

Level III Verification

  • Observe operation of door(s) for smooth operation

  • While Unit(s) is in operation, verify no leaks

  • Confirm no foaming

  • Confirm with Customer that customer cycles are added

  • Conduct Final e-stop test

  • Verify Printer Operation (Units with printer option)

  • Record Unit cycle count

Automated Units

  • Verify proper operation of automation

  • Conduct final e-stop test

  • Confirm Racks load and Unload Properly

Inspection Sign Off

  • Add any general inspection comments

  • Signature (provide First Name, Last Name, Position
