1. Car Park & Grounds

  • Mechanically blow or sweep carpark and perimeter paths

  • Collect and remove from site all leaf matter, branches and off-cuts, rubbish, and debris

2. Garden Beds

  • Remove and dispose all dead plants from garden beds

  • Remove all weeds from garden (including roots - this means hand removal)

  • Prune hedges adjacent to buildings to common windowsill height.

  • Gardens irrigation system to be reviewed to ensure it is fully operational (if damaged, provide quote for repair)

3. Mowing and Edging

  • Cut and edge all grassed areas including play areas, paths, outdoor structures, garden edging, fencing and carparks

4. Playgrounds – including verandas pergolas.

  • Mechanically blow or sweep playgrounds to collect leaf matter

  • Collect and remove from site leaf matter, rubbish, and debris

  • Sweep or blow sand back into each sandpit for a zone extending 2m

  • Remove foreign matter/debris from sandpit by rake (remove from site) and rake the sandpits level

  • Collect and remove all leaf matter, and weeds rubbish and debris from playground

  • Inspect stormwater/drainage pits to ensure they are clear of debris

  • Review playground structures for any insect nests (wasps/bees/ants)

5. Tree Trimming & Pruning (Note: Any pruning above six metres is excluded from this scope)

  • All trees, shrubs, hedges, and plants are to be maintained to a neat and tidy standard

  • Trees shall not be permitted to grow in a manner allowing branches to overhang or have direct contact with buildings, shade sails, pergolas, fences, air-con equipment, and alike items

  • Palm tree and other fruiting/berry trees are to have seed pods/fruits removed early in the developing cycle

  • Regularly remove dead/dying branches, limbs, and fronds

  • Ensure centre signage is not obscured by any vegetation and is clearly visible

Building - Internal

1. Gates and Doors: locks, handles and hinge inspection

  • Adjust self-closing hinges and locks as required

  • Cots: Tighten screws as required

  • Replace any faulty/rusty locks barrels & padlocks

  • Inspect all doors and screen doors to ensure correct operation. Adjust as required

2. Lighting

  • Ensure light covers are clean, secure and not damaged

3. Plumbing

4. Shelving and TV Brackets

1. Fencing

  • Review gas struts within play structures to ensure they are fully operable – replace if necessary
