  • Check fan blades for cleanliness and remove any dust/dirt.

  • Check all connections for tightness; Tighten where necessary.

  • Check for loose mountings; Tighten where necessary.

  • Check primary, secondary and ground connections.

  • Check presence of appropriate warning signs.

  • Visually inspect bushing and surge arrestors for damage.

  • Visually inspect for oil leaks and report/rectify.

  • Sample and test transformer oil.

  • Check oil level.

  • Check operation of transformer thermometers and oil level indicators.

  • Inspect pressure relief valve.

  • Check operation of sudden pressure relay.

  • Check all seals.

  • Confirm transformer is clean?

  • Take x3 photos of transformer before being cleaned

  • Take x3 photos of transformer after being cleaned
