  • Inspect all areas in use that day for material which could start a fire or cause fire to spread

  • Close all windows and doors including those held open by automatic release

  • Switch off any electrical equipment not in use and unplug where appropriate

  • Ensure premises have been completely vacated by all occupants. Make PA announcements

  • Set the Alarm

  • Select date

  • Add signature
