DAILY ENGINEERING - CHECKLIST (DR)

UTILITY & EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

  • Check dosing levels

  • Check electricity Supply

  • Record meter readings at 9 AM (Picture)

  • Log running hours, check fuel levels, inspect oil & coolant condition

  • Verify stock levels at 7:00 AM & 4:00 PM, Ensure proper storage

  • Check emergency lights, outer building lights, verify timing

HVAC & Air Conditioning

  • On peak days, keep AC on all day; on off days, limit to two ACs

  • Fix temperature at 23°C (Check thrice a day), Ensure AC off in checkout rooms (9 AM, 1 PM, 5 PM)

Water Systems & Pools

  • Perform chemical dosing at night after guest usage, Clean pool & check filters

  • Check water pressure in all rooms/common areas, Inspect for leaks

  • Ensure geysers/boilers are operational, Monitor temperature settings

Safety & Security Systems

  • Inspect fire extinguishers, Verify fire alarm functionality

  • Check CCTV operation & recording

Housekeeping & Facility Upkeep

  • Ensure lights & AC are off in vacant rooms, Inspect rooms for issues

  • Check lobby, restrooms, corridors for cleanliness & repairs

  • Inspect gas connections for leaks, Ensure kitchen exhaust & ventilation are working

  • Verify washing machines/dryers operation, Ensure linen/towel stock

Daily Complaints Handling

  • Check with staff for reported maintenance issues

  • Address pending complaints, Log actions taken
