Outdoors

  • Is the play-set in good condition (sturdy, no broken equipment, tidy)?

  • Are there sharp edges or protrusions on the play equipment?

  • Is the surfacing/cushioning of the play area even and filled?

  • Is the yard well maintained (mowed, raked, and clear of debris)?

  • Is the outside play area and/or pool fenced and locked?

  • Is the fence in good repair?

  • Are walking areas (sidewalks, steps, and balconies/porches) clear of ice and snow?
