Is there rebar on the deck impacting layout

Are you using the most up to date drawings

Are you using the correct blue banger size for the hanger rod size

Have you verified that all deck sleeves are the right size for the piping that penetrates through it

Are all deck sleeves set to 1/8-1/4 below finish floor

Are all deck sleeves secured properly fastened to the deck

Have you spot checked hard dimensions off of column lines for the deck cans

Have any sleeves or cans been damaged?

Are all drains secured and fasten to the deck

Are the drains set to the correct height

Are the drains installed the correct size

Is the drain the correct type of drain I.E.- floor drain, area drain, storm drain

If the drains call for a piece of pipe to be installed are bands torqued to spec

Is all exposed cast iron pipe in pour foam wrapped

Are threads for all adjustable drains wrapped and protected

Are all floor sinks set 1/4 above finish floor
