  • Water Level in #1 Void?

  • Are you pumping out #1 Void

  • Water Level in #2 Void?

  • Water Level in #3 Void?

  • Water Level in #4 Void?

  • Water Level in Void #5 (If there is one before stern void)

  • Water Level in Stern Void?

Cover Inspection

  • Take 6 Pictures walking from the Bow to stern on top of the covers. First picture is standing on bow facing covers, second picture is standing on first cover on bow and facing aft, second picture is standing on 2nd cover facing aft, 3rd picture is standing on 4th cover facing aft, 4th pic is standing on 6th cover, 5th pic is standing on 8th cover, and last picture is standing on stern facing forward.

  • Report location of damage to covers where rain water could enter into hopper 1

  • Report location of damage to covers where rain water could enter into hopper 2

  • Report location of damage to covers where rain water could enter into hopper 3

  • Report location of damage to covers where rain water could enter into hopper 4

  • Report location of damage to covers where rain water could enter into hopper 5

  • Take pictures on any other damage to the covers and note location

Steel Inspection and Damage Noted

  • Take 3 pictures of Port Side (Start at bow/port corner facing aft, next standing over #2 hatch cover facing aft, and last standing over #4 hatch cover facing aft)
